Member Tier Sketch

The Fountain of Youth, a legendary wonder reported to grant those that bathed in its waters youth and vitality. For centuries men sailed the seas searching for the hidden wonder among the many islands and the wild coasts of the New World. Captain Lawrence Violette, the self-proclaimed Prince of Pirates, was among the many names attached to this legendary quest. His search for the Fountain led him deep into the Jungles of an island nestled in the Bermuda Triangle.
He and his crew of 13 men traversed the island, leaving footprints where few had stepped before, and fewer had stepped twice. Led only by a compass, instincts, and rare map Lawrence had acquired from a ditzy bar wench talking gibberish of some Society it had belonged to. The map led the crew into a cave, its mouth opened wide for them to enter, its stone formations looking like the fangs of a great beast. The crew, upon seeing the jagged entrance, refused to set foot inside the dark passage. The Captain called them cowards, claiming that only the Bravest, the Boldest, and the Strongest deserved the Gift of Rejuvenation. And with that, he entered the cave alone...
Hours passed, the crew impatiently waited for their captain, many wanting to leave and proclaiming the man lost to the island. It wasn't until the sun was kissing the watery horizon that soft footsteps could be heard echoing from the cave. The crew gathered, awaiting their captain, some already cheering, others confused why the footsteps were so soft..
From the cave, a young girl emerged. She had long, soft hair the color of pale, polished gold, her skin was white as snow, and her eyes were a wintry blue that seemed to chill the crew members. It wasn't the girl's sudden angelic appearance that concerned them, but the Captain's oversized jacket she held tight to her petite frame.
She walked by the men, her bare feet lightly padding against the soft undergrowth of the island. Before they could ask the question that they all wanted answered, she spoke. Her voice no longer the boisterous or confident drawl of a seasoned seafarer, but instead one of a frightened girl.
"Let us leave this island... There is no Fountain here... or the Devil's Trickery..." hearing the young girl speak of the Hell Father so bluntly roused them to action. They abandoned the island, and their quest for the Fountain of Youth. Once they had left the shore and were back on the ship, the girl quietly excused herself to her quarters. She would not speak of what she had seen deep in that cave, what magic or curse that had left her in the state she was in, she only desired to return home.
It's said the young girl went by Violet after those events had transpired and once she came to shore she never returned to the sea. History books do not speak of the young girl who moved inland, married a farmer, and bore him many children. No texts tell of the mother who was kind and gentle to her children and only scolded them when they spoke of a life by the sea. Only stories told by word of mouth through generations are left to tell us of the end of Captain Lawrence Violette. And as for what was inside that cave, what curse or magic was buried deep within the heart of that island, has been lost to time. Only the whispers of a silent society and its numerous members leave any clues that may one day solve that mystery.
